Please note this is an intermediate course with 2 hoops. Being able to do a SPIN THE HOOPS ON YOUR HANDS BY YOUR SIDES FORWARDS & BACKWARDS prior to the course will mean you are more likely to succeed in the 4 weeks. :)

There will be homework drills given after each class. :) If you do your homework you'll get the trick!

There is also a private course FB group so you can get help and encouragement from others on your journey. :)
