I recommend watching a video and then practicing what you learn for 1 week before you watch the next video, but you can do the videos as fast or as slow as you like. 🙂


Please note this is an intermediate course with 2 hoops. Being able to do a SPIN THE HOOPS ON YOUR HANDS BY YOUR SIDES FORWARDS & BACKWARDS prior to the course will mean you are more likely to succeed in the 4 weeks. 🙂


There will be homework drills given after each class. If you do your homework you'll get the trick!
