Necktracers are eye-catching and super fun to play with! This movement opens up new possibilities and gives your double hooping a fresh, unique feel. They not only look exciting but also challenge your brain. We'll start by exploring some single hoop Necktracers before smoothly transitioning into double Hoop Necktracing. You can expect an unusual awareness of timing and movement.

  • Type of workshop: 2 Hoops

  • Level of the class: Intermediate

  • Hoop requirement: 2 hoops - your favourite size.

  • Pre-requisite: 2-Beat Weave / 3-Beat Weave Downward

Dynamic single hoop combos to get your creative juices flowing. Three combos that help you utilize both hands and unique pathways.

  • Type of workshop: 1 Hoop

⭐ Coinflip Exploration ⭐

In this class, we’ll cover many of my favorite coinflip variations. We’ll start with some gentle stretching, basic mechanics, and a general review of our basic coinflips - then we’ll gradually dive deeper into some of the more advanced coinflip concepts, including achieving multiple rotations, coinflip rolls, and transferring coinflips from one part of the body to another. This class will give you a variety of new coinflips to add to your arsenal.

  • Hoop requirement: Your favourite hoop size. Sectional hoops can be helpful since even distribution of balance is important with Coinflips.

Albino Plant - USA

⭐ Building Escalator Combos ⭐

In this single hoop workshop, we will break down the escalator into separate components and explore transition points that allow us to create innovative trick combinations. Specifically, we will learn to feel comfortable releasing and catching in unusual grips, positions, and currents. Hoopers of all skill levels will walk away with a deeper understanding of escalator pathways and a renewed confidence to build their own escalator combos.

  • Type of workshop: 1 Hoop

  • Level of the class: Intermediate

  • Pre-requisite: Escalators helpful but not necessarily required
