⭐Out of the box Coinflips (Single hoop)⭐

Let's step up your coinflip game! You can coinflip a hoop around any part of your body, so we'll attempt variations like elbow coinflips, arm coinflips, knee, waist, shoulder coinflips, etc.. Having a basic understanding of coinflips before the class is preferable but not an absolute prerequisite, as we'll also cover the very basics of this trick.

In this workshop, we will explore some wall plane twin hoop manipulations with linear isolations and extensions. From there, we will be able to add folds to discover new transitions.
