⭐ Single Hoop Combo inc Turning Hand Spins ⭐

Start Cyber SWhoop with a fun single off-body hoop combo with me :) Half the class is working on turning hand spins including adding inspin and antispin elements. The class also includes a hoop combo that starts with the turning hand spins and includes other elements. You'll need one hoop, any size but ideally not too big as the combo is all off body :)

We all love isolations right? But if you are bored by regular isolations, let me introduce you these variations, where we make our isolations move with us. Interesting tricks that still keep the WOW isolation effect. Variations with 1 and 2 hoops.

In this workshop, we will explore the creative manipulation of 3 hoops, learning a special sequence that combines static and dynamic tricks, while discovering new ways to play and incorporate a third hula hoop into our flow.
