2 handed and 1 handed isolations (inside grip) turning and octopus (outside grip) (1 hoop)

⭐ Intermediate Class ⭐ 

2 handed outside isos, cats eyes (inside,outside & folded ghosting) & bouncing (inside & outside) (1 hoop)

⁣⭐ Advanced Class ⭐

1 handed outside isolations, 3 beat weave with outside isos (forwards & reverse) + combining forwards 3 beat with inside iso turns (1-2 hoops -mostly 2)

What you will learn in this course

Hoop Suggestion

  • You can use any size hoop for these classes. Hoops smaller in diameter will be much easier.

  • You'll need 1 hoop for Beginner & Intermediate sessions, and 2 hoops for Advanced sessions.
