Off shoulder circuit, escalator to knee trap wedgie & 3 types of rev escalator knee breaks (1 hoop) ⁣⁣⁣

⭐Breaks & Paddles⭐

Knee breaks at the chest, elbow/arm breaks, across arm breaks, inside grab breaks and lifts  (1 hoop) ⁣⁣⁣

⭐Isolations & Antispins⭐

Horizontal cateyes, antispin flowers and combining catseyes & antispins (1 & 2 hoops) 

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⭐Circus Sequences⭐

Insta-flips, 3 hoop backpack and a 3 hoop box to a sphere (3 hoops)

⭐Inside & Outside Isolations⭐

Foot pass and foot spin pick ups, toe springs, spring to contact escalator & more (1 hoop) ⁣⁣**

**WARNING⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣: Be very careful with the SPRINGS not to put too much tension on your hoop as this can cause the hoop to break

You need 1-3 hula hoops for these classes. Lightweight hoop under 34" will be preferable for these classes.
