anti-spin with & without fold, 6 types of cradle weaves plus 2 hoop cradle weave combos (1-2 hoop)

⭐Shoulders & Duckouts⭐

All on Vertical -  neck/chest hooping, in and out to neck/shoulder, neck to elbow/shoulder, neck to arm roll (1 hoop)

⭐Lifts, Vortexes & Corkscrews⭐

corkscrews including 4-beat corkscrew, vortex moves with 2 hoops (2 hoops)

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⭐Wedgie Escalators⭐

Continuous wedgies - straight jackets wedgies, rev escalator to wedgie circuit, wedgie to 1 arm/shoulder and drop into wedgie, backpack wedgie & behind the back knee capture to wedgie (1 hoop)

⭐Rolls 2⭐

Under hand rolls - 3 ways, integrating pendulums (tic tocs), throws & one handed under hand rolls into twin forward weaves (1-2 hoops)

You will need 1-2 hula hoops for these classes - your favourite size, but a hoop under 36" will make these moves easier.
