⭐Jumps 1⭐

An exploration of forwards & reverse jumps using the 4 surfaces and various turns to find your own jump sequences

⭐Foot Passes⭐

Foot ticktocks, hip breaks & extra spins, foot to foot/leg pass, standing on one leg foot spin & transitions to/from the floor

⭐Elbows 3⭐

circus elbow to elbow rolling turn, behind the back elbow breaks and duck in breaks, elbow trap turns & trap turn to roll

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⭐Wedgie Reversals⭐

2 ways to wedgie from knee hooping, twin wedgies and 3 entries inc from box (1-4 hoops -mostly 2)

⭐Inside & Outside Isolations⭐

1 handed outside isolations, 3 beat weave with outside isos (forwards & reverse) + combining forwards 3 beat with inside iso turns (1-2 hoops -mostly 2)

You will need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a hoop under 36" will make these moves easier.
