Week 1: Folding
Week 2: Thread the Needle
Week 3: Intro to Reels
Week 4: Twin Rolls
Week 5: First Flowers
Week 6: Twin Elbows
Please note this is a beginners/intermediate with 2 hoops. Some 1 hoop knowledge would be useful like a fig 8 (aka Weave with 1 hoop) and general spinning the hoop on the hands.
The aim is to get you comfortable with 2 hoops, moving around and connecting all the moves together. :)
For this course you need TWO hoops ideally the same size. If the hoops are different colours then that can be useful for learning. Any two hoops will work though, so don't worry if they don't fit this description. :)
