Three Hoop Classes with Emma Kenna

Beginners Class

Waist breaks (with hand and arm), waist paddles, cradle & chicken lifts from waist (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Intermediate Class 

Knee breaks at the waist, chest breaks, chest paddles, paddle-paddle-break (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣
Advanced Class

Knee breaks at the chest, elbow/arm breaks, across arm breaks, inside grab breaks and lifts  (1 hoop) ⁣⁣⁣

For the beginners and the 1st part of the intermediate class it is good to have a hula hoop you can hoop around your waist.

For the 2nd part of the intermediate & the advanced you will need a hula hoop - ideally 28-36" in diameter

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to. 

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)

Classes happen LIVE on Zoom 3 times a week and are on a different topic each week.
