Intermediate/Advanced One Off Twins Workshop with Emma Kenna
Behind the Back Waist Wraps
Pre-requisites:
Some experience of weaves with both hands. If you have already learned penguin weaves you'll be able to progress faster through the course but they are included as Step 1 and Step 2.
The class and individual videos show the step by step process to achieve this movement. The full movement is an advanced trick so it's likely if you're new to reels and waist wraps you'll need to drill each step that you don't know.

1. Forwards and Backwards Penguin Weaves
2. Practice drills with one and two hoops that will help you achieve the full movement
3. Both directions waist wrap breakdown
WARM UP before starting the classes.
Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.
TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
