⭐Beginners Class⭐

coin throw, over neck coin flip inc different starts & under leg (1 hoop)

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

arm coin fold to spring, neck coin to contact escalator, elbow coin to contact escalator (1 hoop)

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

arm coin spin circuit, neck to arm (aka around the world), leg and knee coin flips (1 hoop)


You will need 1 hula hoop for these classes. All sizes are welcome.
