Beg Int Adv Classes with Emma Kenna

Combining Weaves

⭐Beginners Class⭐

standard forward & reverse weave, moving between the 2, under legs and turning (1 hoop)

⭐Intermediate Class⭐

cradle & chicken weaves and combining them with standard (1 hoop with optional 2 at end)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

Penguin & Underhand weaves plus combinations inc underhand windmill and combining wih hip reels (1 & 2 hoops)

You will need 1 hula hoop for these classes. A lighter hoop around 33" or under" will make rolls easier.

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
