⭐ Intermediate Class ⭐

1 and 2 handed helicopters inc 1 in each hand, insta-twists & sticky hand twists (both directions) - 1 to 2 Hoops⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐ Advanced Class ⭐

Contact escalators forwards & backwards, iso-folds & 720 no grip change twists - 1 to 2 Hoops

What you will learn in this course

This course is perfect if you want to learn something which looks fancy, but is actually not that difficult the way Emma teaches it.

You need 2 hula hoops for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier.
