Beginners One Off Twins Workshop with Emma Kenna
Forwards Weaves
Pre-requisites:
Some experience of hooping with one hoop would be preferred eg. be able to do a figure8/weave in the right and left hands (with single hoop).
Focus will be on getting everyone comfortable with moving around with Twins :)
£5 for the class
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CLASS IS INCLUDED AS A BONUS IN TWIN HOOPING COURSE PACKAGE 2
Class covers:
1. Forwards 2 beat weaves - entries & Exits
2. Turtle Turn Transitions
3. Two types of 3-beat weave variations (stall and Z-Spin)
Have a playlist ready and stop and start with the class at the practice points.
You need 2 x hoops for this workshop. Any size is good but smaller lighter hoops (under 34" in diameter) will be easiest. If you have access to 2 hoops of different colours that's useful but not essential.
WARM UP before starting the classes.
Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.
TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
