Five Intermediate Hoop Classes with Emma Kenna

Intermediate Package Two

⭐Elbows 1⭐

Front and behind back passing between elbow plus breaks (1-2 hoop)

⭐Rolls 1⭐

2 hoop half lego rolls and 2 types of back roll (1-2 hoops)

⭐Small Space Combos⭐

Reverse weave/jump/folding iso escalator down &up circuit (1 hoop)

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⭐Flourishes⭐

1 and 2 handed helicopters inc 1 in each hand, insta-twists & sticky hand twists (both directions) (1-2 hoop)

⭐Escalator Combos⭐

Waist escalators to escalator & wedgie positions + intermediate combo circuit inc. trap escalators (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

You need 2 hula hoops for these classes - your favourite size, but lightweight hoops under 36" will make some tricks easier.
