Five Intermediate Hoop Classes with Emma Kenna

Intermediate Package Four

⭐Elbows 2⭐

Throw under arm to elbow with 1 & 2 hoops, hip and head breaks plus multiple fold out & in combos with 1 and 2 hoop (1-2 hoops)

⭐ZSpins & Ghosting Isolations⭐

Rev zspin, palm spins, turning palm spin & folding ghosting iso

⭐Knees⭐

walking with hoop on knees, leg out and in, 3 ways to go knees to waist

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⭐Feet & Floor⭐

passing foot to foot, behind head throw to foot (with 1 & 2 hoops), foot hooping breaks⁣⁣ (sane side and crossed)

⭐Smears⭐

one hand smear reversal variations- to weave, to roll, continuous & mandalas (1 hoop)

You will need 1-2 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a hoop under 36" will make these moves easier.
