What you will learn in this course

Excellent breakdown of starting position and finishing position. Has a lovely flowy move in the middle that looks great and I can do from both hands!

You need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier.
For the Intermediate & Advanced classes, there are also a few 2 hoop tricks.
