Week 1: Quacks & Thumb Circles

Week 2: Reverse Two Beat Weaves

Week 3: Under Over Back

Week 4: Putting it Together


Please note this is a beginners course with 2 hoops - Being able to do a  FORWARDS FIG8 aka WEAVE with ONE HOOP with both hands prior to the course will mean you are more likely to succeed in the 4 weeks. :)


There will be homework drills given after each class. :) If you do your homework you'll get the trick!

There is also a private course FB group so you can get help and encouragement from others on your journey. :)
