All the Pick Ups!

⭐Beginners Class⭐

Pick ups - skids, over head flips & fancy flip ups (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⭐Intermediate Class⭐

All the Wedgie Pick ups + escalator variations included if you dont like wedgies (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

Foot pass and foot spin pick ups, toe springs, spring to contact escalator & more (1 hoop) ⁣⁣**

**WARNING⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣: Be very careful with the SPRINGS not to put too much tension on your hoop as this can cause the hoop to break

You need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier.

⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
