⭐Beginners Class⭐

Walk the Dog, Escalators & Chest Rolls (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

Backpack catch, fold around the body, up arm roll & one handed helicopter (1 hoop)

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

Insta-flips, 3 hoop backpack and a 3 hoop box to a sphere (3 hoops)

Although I learned the 3 hoop tricks from circus hoopers, it has several shapes that I consider to be Native American Hoop Dance inspired shapes. Native Hoop Dancers are the masters of multi hoop shapes! Whatever circles you play with I would recommend you google Native Hoop Dance, check out Youtube channel 1stcha = JJ 1st Charger and definitely check out @notoriouscree who has epic content on IG and tiktok. 

For the Beginners and Intermediate class, you need a hula hoop of any size. For Advanced, you will need 3 hula hoops that are the same size*.

*most of the tricks are taught with 1 and 2 hoops so try the class even if you haven't got 3 hoops

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
