⭐Beginners Class⭐

How to elbow hoop inc starts and stops⁣ (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

Front and behind back passing between elbow plus breaks (1-2 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

Elbow snakes/caps, elbow pops, rotating elbow pops & behind the back elbow infinities⁣ (1-2 hoop)


You need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier. For the Intermediate & Advanced classes, there are also a few 2 hoop tricks :)


⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to. 

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
