⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

waist escalators to escalator & wedgie positions + intermediate combo circuit inc. trap escalators (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐Intermediate/Advanced Class⭐

z-spins forwards & backwards into contact escalators, mirrored escalators + advanced combo circuit (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣


You need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier.
