Week 1: Moving with Folds

Week 2: Intro to Machines

Week 3: Forwards Weaves

Week 4: Reverse Weaves

Week 5: Rolls Combo

Week 6: The Windmill


Please note this is beginners/intermediate with 2 hoops. Some 1 hoop knowledge would be useful like a fig 8 (aka Weave with 1 hoop) and general spinning the hoop on the hands.


The aim is to get you comfortable with 2 hoops, moving around and connecting all the moves together. :)


For this course you need TWO hoops ideally the same size. If the hoops are different colours then that can be useful for learning. Any two hoops will work though, so don't worry if they don't fit this description. :)
