Beg Int Adv Classes with Emma Kenna
Lifts, Vortexes & Corkscrews
⭐Beginners Class⭐
waist hooping, hand hooping, back & front lift, floats, dive ins (1 hoop)
⭐Intermediate Class⭐
vortexes normal & folded, knees, lifts from knees, pizza toss from knees (1 hoop)
⭐Advanced Class⭐
corkscrews including 4-beat corkscrew, vortex moves with 2 hoops (2 hoops)
You need 1 hula hoop for Beginners & Intermediate - your favourite size, but for the Beginners class you need a hoop you can spin comfortably on the waist. For the Advanced class, 2 smaller hoops will make the off-body tricks easier (30-33").
WARM UP before starting the classes.
Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.
TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
