Beg Int Adv Classes with Emma Kenna

Rolls 3


⭐Beginners Class⭐

all things K rolls inc contunuous and folded (1 hoop)

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

all things C rolls including folded, behind the head and one armed (1 hoop)

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

Fun stuff from Hand or foot rolls and throws inc. To roll, neck spin roll plus foot to foot. Plus my fave 2 hoop 'roll' (cough*throw)


You will need 1 hula hoop for these classes. A lighter hoop around 33" or under will make rolls easier.


⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to. 

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
