⭐Beginners Class⭐

weave/roll/rev door/escalator circuit (1 hoop)

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

reverse weave/jump/folding iso escalator down &up circuit (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣

⁣⭐Intermediate/Advanced Class⭐

drop/fold/mandala/lila wedgie entry/wedgie to 1 shoulder circuit (1 hoop)⁣⁣⁣⁣


You need 1 hula hoop for these classes - your favourite size, but a lightweight hoop under 36" will make some tricks easier.


⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to. 

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
