⭐Beginners Class⭐
smear, smear to isos & barrel rolls, in & out of escalators (1 hoop)
⭐Intermediate Class⭐
one hand smear reversal variations- to weave, to roll, continuous & mandalas (1 hoop)
⭐Advanced Class⭐
1 handed smears with release, isolated around body weaves, @elevenmpath's Atomic Orbit (1 & 2 hoops)
For the Beginners & Intermediate, you need 1 hula hoop - your favourite size. For the Advanced class, you need 2 hoop - 33" or smaller would be ideal.
WARM UP before starting the classes.
Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to.
TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
