Wedgie Reversals


⭐Beginners Class⭐

how to do a wedgie reversal and a wedgie flip, 1 pick up to wedgie, 2 ways out and 2 eays in (1 hoop)

⭐Intermediate Class⭐ 

Wedgie flip, Tuck wedgie pick up, Tuck switches, over head kick up to wedgie, scorpian wedgie (1 hoop)

⁣⭐Advanced Class⭐

2 ways to wedgie from knee hooping, twin wedgies and 3 entries inc from box (1-4 hoops -mostly 2)


You can use any size of hoop for these classes. Hoops smaller in diameter than your inside leg length are ideal. You'll need 1 hoop for Beginner & Intermediate sessions, and 2-4 hoops for the Advanced session.


⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣WARM UP before starting the classes.

Follow along with the classes and pause and practice whenever you need to. 

TOP TIP: Have a playlist of your favourite music ready so you can pause and practice as you do the class :)
