What you need
Hoop and Clothing suggestions for this video course

1 hoop, any size but BEST is a hoop that can pass under your legs eg. your inside leg length or smaller. I have tips for all hoop-size though so come with what you have. :)

Shorts are best or leggings - close fitting bottoms of any kind. If you're on a baggy trouser, it'll make it a lot more difficult.

Carpets, yoga mats and grass make wedgies much harder. If you can take the class somewhere with a smooth flat floor that is ideal.
