The Twins Int/Adv courses can be done in any order. You do not have to do Twins 1-15 before this course.
Each of the 6 classes has a theme
They can be watched week by week or as quickly/slowly as you like :)
Every class starts with Hoop drills that are best practiced little and often

Hoop Suggestion

2 hoops, ideally same size and light weight - somewhere around 29-33 inches, but whatever you are comfortable with is good.
Prerequisites
This course is Int/Adv and assumes prior experience with twin hoops. You should know a miniumum of:

Hip Reels and Windmill would be helpful

Basic Machines
-
Comfortable with basic twins
This course is Intermediate/Advanced and assumes prior knowledge of twins. If you are concerned you might not know enough twin hooping to start this course, I recommend starting with my Intro to Twins courses.
