Puspa lives in Ubud, Bali in Indonesia. She owns a Warung (family run local restaurant) in the centre of Ubud called Puspa's Warung where she cooks and serves delicious food. Puspa's is one of the highest rated warungs in Ubud on trip advisor and has been awarded a travellers choice award for 2020.

All you need for this recipe is a food processor/bullet blender (although you can also use a mortar & pestle).
Kencur root is often used in Balinese cooking. If you can't find it in the shops where you live it can be bought online. eg here in the UK. It is also called aromatic ginger and lesser galangal. If you can not find kencur then you can also leave it out :)
