Mike has been obsessed with hoop balance for the last 8 years and this class is an opportunity to share all he’s learned. Designed to give beginners the basic exercises to practice, and to give experienced balancers new ideas, this balance class is great for all levels.

Eshna Kutty - India

⭐ Hooping & Body Dynamics ⭐

This workshop will explore your existing hoop trick knowledge through the interplay of boy dynamics and expression. It’s a class that can be explored with any sized hoop as each would have a different effect and our focus won’t be tricks. But I’ll be teaching using a 30" one. Wear comfortable clothing where your hands and legs are free, without any tassels to get stuck in. It’s a barefoot kind of session so no need for footwear. :)

⭐ Hula Hoop Dance Along ⭐

Let’s Dance it out! A sweet little combo dance to follow. We focus on organic body movement, dead hands and moving in all directions. Let me melt your brain and your heart, by teaching you my favourite escalators, vortexes, half rolls and leg stuff!

⭐ Twin Hoop Combo for All Hoopers ⭐

A fun super visual Two hoop combo suitable for all levels. Its got a roll, and elbow carry and a weave and we'll be doing both sides!  Don't have 2 hoops? No problem, Just do it with 1! Never done 2 hoops before? This is a perfect class to start!  But also fun for all levels :) Ideally you need two hoops for this workshop, doesn't matter if they are different sizes.  Ideally 2 different colours.
