How do I access the courses?

Once you've subscribed, you can access any of the courses and take them in your own time. Login to the learning site and then you will see all the courses on your dashboard. Access each course by clicking the "start/resume course" button.
How long do I have access to the courses?

You have access to all of the courses as long as you have an active subscription. Should you decide to cancel your subscription, you keep access to the courses you have bought separately.
When will there be new courses added?

While your subscription is active, any new online classes will be added automatically (after all the live classes are finished). Annual subscribers and Monthly subscribers who have subscribed for longer than 6 months will also be sent details of the live Zoom classes as a bonus.
What level are the classes?

The classes range from Beginner to Advanced so there is plenty to work on whatever your level is.
How and when are payments taken?

Once subscribed, recurring payments will be taken out automatically monthly or yearly until you cancel. Subscriptions are based on monthly or yearly billing periods and your billing date will be based on the day of the month that you sign up on. For example, if you signed up for a monthly subscription on January 15th, your next billing date will be February 15th.
What is the "Subscriber only" Q&A session?

Every 3rd Sunday of the month, Emma does a live Zoom Q&A session with the subscribers. It's a chance to go over the material in the course and ask Emma any questions you have and receive feedback on how it's going. These sessions are completely optional but are recorded so you can watch them at your leisure.
